Creating a supportive working environment where employees and volunteers feel valued and respected is vital for an organisation’s success.

This 90 minute workshop will build on your understanding of how best to support disabled employees and volunteers in the workplace and demonstrate how this can benefit your organisation.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Understand the benefits of providing development opportunities to disabled employees and volunteers

2. Understand your obligation to provide reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010

3. Consider strategies to retain and develop disabled employees and volunteers

This training is particularly suited to those with a line management, volunteer management or co-ordination role.
