Winter Health

Every year Sport Scotland Institute of Sport provides advice and guidance to both athletes and staff with regards to what they can do to minimise risk of becoming unwell over the winter months. This year we have decided to make this information available to everyone so that any athlete/individual can be informed about what they can do. You will also find below information on WADA and the update to the prohibited list for 2023.
